How to enroll

The Master's Degree Programme in Environmental Sustainability and Education has open access, with admission requirements.

To enrol, it is necessary to follow the pre-enrolment procedures indicated on the School of Science website, where all admission notices and updated information on access procedures are also available.

Students with international entry titles must apply using the appropriate platform.

 

Admission Requirements

Admission is reserved for candidates in possession of:

• a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification obtained in Italy or abroad and recognized as suitable according to current regulations;

• a degree grade of no less than 85/110 (or equivalent);

• adequate preparation in scientific and environmental disciplines (curricular requirements);

• knowledge of English at B2 level (receptive skills: reading and listening).

 

Curricular Requirements

Access to the Master's Degree Programme in Environmental Sustainability and Education is reserved for candidates with adequate preparation in scientific and environmental disciplines. Direct access is granted to graduates of class L-32 – Environmental and Natural Sciences and Technologies, while graduates from other degree classes may access following verification of curricular requirements, which consist of possession of at least 50 ECTS credits overall in the following scientific-disciplinary sectors:

at least 15 ECTS credits in scientific disciplines, including  mathematics, informatics, physics, and chemistry.

at least 35 ECTS credits in life and earth sciences, including biological sciences (e.g. ecology, botany, zoology, plant and animal physiology, comparative anatomy) and earth sciences (e.g. geology, mineralogy, physical geography, geomorphology, paleontology).

Possession of curricular requirements is assessed according to the procedures established by the programme's Teaching Regulations. Degree programmes that typically meet these requirements include degrees in Biology (e.g. L-13 Biological Sciences), Geology (e.g. L-34 Geological Sciences) and related disciplines.
